🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be returned in original packaging with all parts intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

Please check product details and variants carefully before placing an order.

📸 How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Replacement/Exchanged product will be delivered within 3-4 days

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a fault from our side, return shipping will be arranged by Solidmade.

  • Unauthorized or self-shipped returns may not be accepted.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Do not accept delivery if the outer package is severely damaged.

  • Once a product is used, it becomes ineligible for return.

  • Solidmade reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
